Inventory recurring friction. Aim for at least 12 workflows before choosing.
Founding cohort · Friday, 4 December 2026
A working session for Singapore SME owners and managers.
Identify three workflows your company can improve with AI and leave with one implementation-ready 30-day pilot—without purchasing another major system.
A seat is confirmed only after suitability review and payment. Please do not make travel arrangements until confirmation is received. See what a finished pilot looks like, across 42 fictional companies. See the finance loop worked on synthetic books, with the prompts for ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini.
This is not a prompt-engineering class and not a software demonstration. You bring one productivity problem. You leave with a decision you can start on Monday.
By 5:30 pm each participant has:
The room is for an SME owner, director, general manager, department head or process owner. Cross-industry groups are preferred. Companies of about 10–200 employees are the closest fit. Programming knowledge is not required.
It is not suitable for people seeking basic prompt training, AI vendors looking for sales leads, or teams expecting software integration during the day.
The day follows one sequence. It starts with the work, then decides whether AI belongs in it.
Inventory recurring friction. Aim for at least 12 workflows before choosing.
Map the current path, including rework, and record a baseline.
Score eligibility, value, readiness and exposure as separate gates.
Specify the human review, data boundaries, fallback and test set.
Run a controlled four-week pilot, then scale, redesign, hold or stop.
Company-specific worksheets stay with the participant. Missing the clinic does not create a separate refund.

Bring
Do not bring customer, employee, pricing or proprietary records.
You complete the company-specific analysis on your own worksheet. Those worksheets are not used for group discussion.
In the room, share the type of workflow only—for example, quotation follow-up—not customer names, prices, margins, suppliers or proprietary steps. Demonstrations use fictional cases.
Do not enter confidential customer, employee, pricing or proprietary information into any AI tool during the workshop.
Registration asks whether a direct competitor would prevent open participation. Direct competitors are not placed in the same public cohort without consent.
If the workflow itself cannot be discussed in a mixed group, book an in-house session instead.
This programme is operational guidance, not legal advice. Your organisation remains responsible for PDPA obligations, contracts and internal rules.

Yes. Each person needs their own seat at S$595. Two people from the same company can work the same workflow, which often makes the 30-day pilot easier to run.
We screen for that. Direct competitors are not placed in the same public cohort without consent. Companies that need to examine confidential work should book an in-house workshop.
